I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for all that you did in selling my dad's property in Fort Lauderdale following my dad's passing away. You should know, we asked the advice of the management's office in the building for a broker recommendation and two brokers were recommended. We were familiar with the other, but ultimately chose you, because although you both had strong qualities, I felt most comfortable with what the management's office reported to be your stronger attributes.

I can't even begin to thank you for all of the work you did for us, outside of the normal responsibilities of a real estate broker. My brother lives in Texas, and I in Connecticut. Yet you managed to help us with the sale of my not only my dad's property, but also other items such as his car and furniture. If that were not enough, you also found the time to file legal documents at the courthouse and were always extremely helpful in any other (out of the boundaries of a broker's duties) requests. Some other examples being taking care of hiring an attorney for us, getting Camilus to remove the remaining furniture, letting my Dad's nurse into the apartment to retrieve the television, sending me important contact information in FL to cancel cable, etc. The list goes on and on Siran ....

On another note, I have done several real estate transactions in "NY and CT for myself, and have dealt with many real estate brokers. By far, I have never experienced a broker who made a buy or sell process as low-maintenance as you did for me in the sale of my Dad's FL property. Given the sensitive nature of the sale of my Dad's property, I am forever grateful.

As I said, I can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. As far as the initial

recommendation from the management office, I am confident we made the right choice in hiring you. With pleasure, I will highly recommend you as a broker to any friends, or existing local FL residents looking to buy/sell a property in FL.
